Countdown : One week until arriving in Salvador, Bahia

I'm testing the portable office theory on a 60 day working vacation. Migrating from a loft in Downtown Los Angeles to an apartment in the Barra area of Salvador. I set up this site to chronicle the adventure and to make it easy for others visiting Salvador to record their experience as well. So, long after my first visit to Salvador, Bahia, I hope this site will aid others traveling to the "Capital da Alegria," (Capital of happiness).
